Satyam : Time to introspect

Everyone of us get bored while reading the "Ethics and code of conduct" page in our offer-letter or on our organization's internal portal. Seriously speaking it is never taken that seriously, but while introspecting on what happened at Satyam, we come to understand that "Ethics" start at us. If a simple ethic of transperency would have been followed, they would have not ended up where they are. Why success has become so important that it was achieved in a wrong way. We need to change the definition of success, success is not about achieving results only, but it is about achieving success in an authenticate way... If success was only about results, where is the job satisfaction. Why there is a guilty feeling always at your mind. Lets start charity or truth at ourself first. Instead of short-term profit, lets sacrifice some amount for betterment for all.
